Important Changes to the London Congestion Charge

The London congestion charge will be linked to CO2 emissions for the first time in 2008. Alternative fuel vehicle will still benefit for the 100% discount as long as the vehicle is listed on the latest powershift register. Discount will stop on vans on Oct 27th 2009.
