The new mayor of London Boris
Johnson has reversed plans to change the way the congestion
charge is levied. A relief for drivers of some 4x4 vehicles who
would have been paying £25 a day from October this year. Buyers
of Lpg and electric vehicles will be celebrating too as the
exemption from the congestion charge remains for these vehicles
for the foreseeable future.
